Location: Pune (Head Office) & Project Sites

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Educational Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned
Project Manager (MEP Civil)
with 10–15 years of experience in leading
Greenfield and EPC projects
. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects while ensuring cost, quality, safety, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of
    MEP Civil projects (Greenfield & EPC)
    .
  • Develop and implement
    project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
    .
  • Coordinate with
    design, procurement, accounts, and site teams
    for seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve
    technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
    .
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Conduct
    site inspections
    to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Manage
    client communication, reporting, and project review meetings
    .
  • Oversee contractor/subcontractor performance and resolve site issues.
  • Drive
    cost control, risk management, and corrective actions
    .
  • Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and client handover.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in
    MEP Civil project execution
    (Greenfield & EPC).
  • Proven leadership in handling
    large, multi-disciplinary teams
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    IS codes, civil engineering standards, and safety regulations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Project / Primavera
    or other project management tools.
  • Strong
    decision-making, client-handling, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across
    Head Office & Site Locations
    .
