Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Manager located in Pune. The MEP Manager will oversee the coordination of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring efficient design, planning, and execution. Responsibilities include managing MEP design, coordinating with contractors, overseeing plumbing systems, and handling procurement processes for MEP components. The role involves daily interaction with project teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MEP Coordination and MEP Design
  • Proficiency in managing Plumbing systems and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Skills in Procurement related to MEP components
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
  • Experience in construction or real estate development is a plus
