Role Overview: Yutori is seeking a highly connected Marketing Head to lead its marketing strategy, focusing on engaging artisans, D2C brands, and startup founders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail and event marketing, influencer outreach, and public relations (PR), with strong connections in both local and digital media. This role is central to building Yutori's brand presence, driving buzz around its offerings, and creating a vibrant community of creators and consumers. Key Responsibilities: • Targeted Retail Marketing: • Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at attracting artisans, D2C founders, and new-age brands to use Yutori's pop-up shops and spaces. • Collaborate with local creators and brands to curate unique retail experiences that resonate with Bangalore's creative and entrepreneurial community. • Leverage consumer insights to tailor marketing efforts to emerging trends in the D2C and artisanal markets. • Event Marketing & Buzz Creation: · • Strategize and promote events that appeal to Yutori's core audience, including pop-up markets, brand showcases, and workshops. • Drive footfall engagement by hosting popular, buzz-worthy events that become key fixtures in the local cultural calendar. • Partner with influential event organizers and brands to create high-impact activations. • Influencer Outreach & Community Building: • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and digital creators who align with Yutori's ethos. • Manage influencer campaigns and collaborations, ensuring they effectively promote Yutori's offerings to the target segments. • Build a strong community through social media engagement, creating a loyal following for Yutori. • PR & Media Relations: • Maintain strong relationships with local and digital media outlets, ensuring Yutori receives regular coverage in relevant publications, blogs and platforms • Develop strategies-to position Yutori as the leading destination for artisans, - - - . startups, and new-age brands. • Secure press features, interviews, and stories that amplify Yutori's brand narrative. • Digital Marketing & Cor1tent Creation: • Oversee digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, bookings, and engagement, utilizing channels like Google, lnstagram, Linkedln, and email marketing. • Lead the creation of compelling content (visual and written) for social media, newsletters, and the Yutori website to highlight pop-ups, events, and special offers. Use analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and impact. • Partnerships & Brand Collaborations: • Forge partnerships with like-minded brands, artisans, and colnmL1nity groups to expand Yutori's reach and create joint marketing opportunities. • Collaborate with retail partners and event sponsors to host memorable events and experiences

Key Requirements: • Experience: • 5+ years in retail marketing, event marketing, PR, or related roles with a strong focus on creating buzz and driving engagement. • Proven track record of working with artisans, D2C brands, or new-age brands.

• Skills: Expertise in event promotion, influencer outreach, and community building. Strong connections with both local and digital media for PR purposes. Excellent digital marketing skills, including paid campaigns, SEO, and social media

• Creative, with the ability to design and execute campaigns that resonate with Yutori's target audience. • Attributes: • Dynamic, with a keen understanding of trends in the artisan, startup, and retail spaces. • Exceptional communication skills, both in building media relationships and in public-facing roles. • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to jugge n,uitipe marketing initiatives and partnersr1ips.
