Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities

∙Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

∙Ensure timely processing of accounting reports and sharing with relevant parties as

required and when required

∙Implement measures to control expenses while maintaining operational excellence

∙Reconciliation of daily sales report against expenses

∙Maintain accounting controls by preparing and implementing policies and procedures

∙Responding to accounting inquiries from customers, suppliers and management in a

timely manner

∙Maintain detailed records of all accounting transactions

∙Overseeing and participating in periodic stock take and inventory reconciliation

∙Filing all finance documents in an organized manner for easy retrieval and reference

∙Perform any other duties assigned

Qualification And Required Skills
∙Diploma in accounts related field or equivalent

∙Professional qualification in CPA 1 is preferred

∙Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position.

∙Proficiency in Excel

∙Must have attention to detail

∙Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

∙Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
