We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at the Inspire Institute of Sports, Vijayanagara, Karanataka.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and facilitate selection decisions.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Identify and address workplace conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Mediate disputes and facilitate resolutions in collaboration with management.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee the performance management system.
  • Ensure fair and transparent performance appraisals and evaluations.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs through assessments and discussions with managers.
  • Develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Payroll and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Verify staff payments and resolve payroll discrepancies when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of employment.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.

Exit Process:

  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities.


Required:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant Experience of 4+ years
