We're Hiring: Team Leader (Upselling & Debt Collection)

Role & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to develop team members skills.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work on the last Sunday of every month (compensatory off provided).
Work hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays off

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: 30, ,000 per month

  • Fixed Salary: 20, ,000 (take-home)
  • Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 30,000 per month

Affordable Meal Plan: 500 per month (includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Accommodation Available (No Security Deposit Required)

  • AC Room: 2,500 per month
  • Non-AC Room: 2,000 per month
