About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant who has evolved from SAP SD and carries deep domain expertise in Customer Service processes. The ideal candidate should have led or significantly contributed to at least two end-to-end SAP CS implementations and possess strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver SAP CS implementations , rollouts, and support engagements.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into functional specs.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS processes such as service orders, service contracts, warranties, notifications, and repairs.
  • Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, and PM as required.
  • Work closely with developers to implement custom enhancements.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and user training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS processes in support scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of SAP experience , with a strong foundation in SAP SD

At least 2 full-cycle SAP CS implementations

In-depth knowledge of:

  • Service Order Management
  • Warranty Management
  • Resource-related billing
  • Installed base and Equipment Master
  • Cross-functional experience with SD, MM, and PM
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

SAP certification in CS or SD is a plus

Experience with S/4HANA is an added advantage
