About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our growing data engineering team.

- With over 10 years of experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse and data lake.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our data integration Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).

- Work with various data sources including relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), flat files, and APIs.

- Cleanse, transform, and manipulate data to meet specific business requirements and data warehouse schema.

- Develop data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process.

- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Document ETL processes clearly and concisely for future reference.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in data integration and ETL development.

- Work within a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline (if 10+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.

- In-depth knowledge of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in one or more ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend).

- Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).

- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling) is a plus.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- A passion for data quality and ensuring clean and reliable data pipelines.
