Job Description Job Title: Lead-Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness
Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources Role Purpose To lead and drive enterprise-wide talent development, leadership capability building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role will be instrumental in aligning people strategy with business goals, enhancing the employer brand, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture in a dynamic real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Strategy
• Design and implement a future-ready L&D roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Leverage digital learning platforms and blended learning models. Leadership Development
• Architect leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Partner with business heads to identify and nurture high-potential talent. HR Process Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes using lean and agile methodologies.
• Implement HR tech solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Career Development & Mentoring
• Build structured career paths and development frameworks across functions.
• Launch and manage mentoring programs to support talent mobility and retention. Performance Management & Balanced Scorecard
• Lead the implementation of Balanced Scorecard-based performance systems.
• Ensure alignment of KPIs with strategic business objectives. Succession Planning
• Develop and maintain succession pipelines for critical leadership and technical roles.
• Facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments. Culture & Engagement
• Drive initiatives for Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.
• Promote a culture of trust, innovation, and collaboration. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
• Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Track and report DEI metrics to leadership. Recognition & Rewards
• Design and implement recognition programs that reinforce company values and behaviors.
• Promote peer-to-peer and leadership-led recognition. Vision, Mission, Values Alignment
• Ensure all HR initiatives reinforce the companys vision, mission, and values.
• Facilitate workshops and campaigns to embed cultural alignment. Employer Branding
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Drive talent attraction through social media, campus engagement, and industry events. Competency Framework
• Develop and institutionalize competency models for all roles.
• Integrate competencies into hiring, development, and performance processes. Assessment & Development Centers
• Design and execute Assessment & Development Centers for talent identification and growth.
• Use psychometric tools and simulations to assess potential and readiness. Qualifications Full time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Organizational Development. 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or large listed companies. Key Competencies
