We are searching for a PPC Head for a World Renowned Home Textiles Manufacturing company


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast product demand accurately.
  • Capacity Planning: Assess production capacity and optimize utilization while maintaining quality.
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and coordinate production schedules to meet demand.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor performance trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to align production plans with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-12 years experience in Production Planning and Control
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, master's preferred.
  • Experience in production planning within textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
