Key Responsibilities :

Data Implementation :

- Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to handle various data types such as PDF, images, and CSV files.

Performance Optimization :

- Tackle latency issues and fine-tune high-performance AI models to ensure optimal performance.

API Development :

- Develop robust API-based solutions and serverless functions to enhance system capabilities.

Tradeoff Analysis :

- Navigate and assess the trade-offs between prompt methods and RAG techniques to determine the best approach.

Data-Driven Insights :

- Formulate opinions based on comprehensive data analysis and test results.

- Leverage strategies involving databases, Redis, and caching mechanisms to drive insights.

Tool Proficiency :

- Utilize a range of tools and technologies including Python, FastAPI, Azure Search, LLamaIndex, Mistral, Groq, and Azure cloud infrastructure.

Incremental Accuracy :

- Design and implement strategies aimed at achieving and continuously improving accuracy in AI models.

Performance and Efficiency :

- Knowledge of Redis, caching techniques

- How Redis and other frameworks must be leveraged to improve performance

DevOps Knowledge :

- Must have an understanding of DevOps process, must be able to do a root cause analysis on fixing issues found

- If required, must be able to manage the DevOps process with minimal guidance

Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in Python and FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Search, LLamaIndex, Mistral, Groq, and Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Develop & deploy scalable server-side APIs using existing frameworks.

Analytical Skills :

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on thorough analysis.

User Interface Design :

- Have knowledge of NextJs and if required work on it.

Key non-technical expectations :

- 3 - 5 years exp. , with at least 1 year working on Generative AI applications for clients (not internal use-cases)

- Ability to lead freshers/interns independently and allocate tasks/guide them in sprints

- Start-up in the o to 1 phase, so availability and ownership is key.

- Practically 6-day weeks but need-based flexibility offered.

- Good English communication skills to directly interface with international customers

- Hunger to build something and grow exponentially; not a candidate just (s)hopping for pay raise.
