Position Overview :


Seeking a visionary AI/ML Engineer to work with our AI engineering team at AI Center of Competence. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to the development and deployment of state-of-the-art AI solutions. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and comes with the added perk of being part of a young and energetic team with a great friendly culture.

The candidate will be instrumental developing proprietary models, and implementing the latest advancements in AI and ML.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Mastery and Innovation :

- Build and deploy production-ready solutions on NLP models, ensuring scalability and addressing latency concerns.

- Experience with multimodal AI, including deep learning models for image classification and Image-to-Text or Text-to-Image transformations.

- Stay updated with recent advancements in Generative AI and implement prompt engineering techniques.

- Create API wrappers for Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrate them into existing systems.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and other relevant frameworks.

- Ensure scalability and performance optimization of AI/ML solutions using Docker, containerization, and Kubernetes.

- Work with vector databases and transformers, such as sentence transformers, to enhance model performance.

- Design, train, and deploy recommendation engines and AI chatbots to meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver bespoke AI/ML solutions.

2. Strategic Leadership :

- Drive innovation and experimentation, particularly in reducing hallucinations in LLMs and improving model accuracy and efficiency.

- Formulate and execute a robust framework for AI model evaluation and iteration.

Qualifications :

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record in deploying production-grade systems.

- Experience in building and deploying production-ready solutions on NLP models.

- Expertise in a wide array of AI technologies and programming languages, including Python, SQL, TensorFlow, BERT, RNNs, and more.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience in customer-focused AI solutions.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of working in diverse and remote teams.
