We Are Hiring – Quality Manager (Formwork Fabrication Division)

Samradni Sierra Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled
Quality Manager
to join our team in the
Formwork Fabrication
division.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in the fabrication field.
  • NDT Level II certification
    (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in handling all quality certifications, including
    EN 1090
    and
    IS 3834
    .
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, inspection methods, and quality control systems.
  • Ability to lead quality teams and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and monitor the quality management system.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure fabrication quality.
  • Handle all documentation and certification processes related to EN 1090, IS 3868, and other relevant standards.
  • Coordinate with production and client teams for quality assurance.
