The Opportunity :

We're seeking a highly motivated Lead ServiceNow Integration Hub expert to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our integrations. In this remote, contract position, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day tasks related to integration development using the ServiceNow Integration Hub.

What You'll Do :

- Design, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow integration components to flawlessly align with business requirements.

- Identify integration opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration across various systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues proactively.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow Integration Hub features and functionality.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable).

What You Bring to the Table :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and its various components.

- Solid experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow integration components.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

- A strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a knack for creative solutions.

- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.

- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with ServiceNow advancements.

Bonus Points :

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
