Role Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to join our team in Noida. In this full-time on-site role, you will be instrumental in streamlining hiring processes, managing candidate data, and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers and leverage our AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

This role involves handling the sourcing, vetting, coordination of interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will be a key player in making the recruitment process more efficient, faster, and smarter - for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools, such as Zeko-Source and Zeko-Screen, to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate screening.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting related to recruitment metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination and candidate management.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting proficiency, with the ability to work with HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for using AI and other tools to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in similar space. We are open to consider freshers in case there is any proof of work through internships.
