Responsibilities :


  • Develop Interactive Web Experiences : Create visually appealing, dynamic, and interactive web pages with smooth transitions and animations using modern web technologies.
  • Next.js Development : Design and implement server-side rendered (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js to ensure optimal performance and SEO.
  • Webflow Expertise : Build and maintain highly responsive and complex websites using Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation based on design specs.
  • API Integration : Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless interaction between the frontend and backend.
  • Ensure Consistency Across Platforms : Develop responsive designs that work across various devices and browsers, ensuring a consistent user experience.
  • Performance Optimization : Continuously optimize the performance of web pages and web applications for faster load times and smoother user experiences.
  • Collaboration with Designers : Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate their vision into high-quality, functional web pages, implementing modern interactions and transitions.
  • Maintain and Update Existing Websites : Update and improve existing projects, ensuring they adhere to current web standards, best practices, and security.
  • Stay Current with Frontend Technologies : Continuously explore and experiment with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and libraries that enhance user experiences (e.g., GSAP, Three.js, Lottie).
  • Code Quality and Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern development standards. Implement and maintain testing frameworks for front-end code to ensure reliability.
  • User-Centric Design : Incorporate best practices for web accessibility, SEO, and user experience, ensuring applications meet the needs of diverse users.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the frontend, ensuring smooth functioning of the website or web application.
  • Version Control and Collaboration : Use version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and collaborate efficiently with other developers.


Key Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web transitions and animations.
  • Expertise in Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
  • Proficiency in Webflow and a deep understanding of its capabilities for website design and development.
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong focus on building responsive and interactive UIs.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) to build web applications and integrate APIs.
  • Strong experience with GSAP, Three.js, or Lottie for implementing animations and transitions.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and the ability to integrate them into web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with CSS-in-JS frameworks (styled-components, Emotion) and preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
  • Proficiency in browser developer tools, with experience in debugging and optimizing frontend performance.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
  • Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git .
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams (design, product, backend).


Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript for stronger code reliability and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience building accessible web applications.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress , or Storybook .
