TechGy Innovations is a full scale UI/UX Design and Development company based in Hyderabad. We develop innovative products and services that offer total communication and information solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to build robust backend solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable server-side logic and APIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Work with trending frameworks and technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Go, or similar modern back-end stacks.
  • Manage and deploy cloud-based services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Ensure data security and protection through the best practices of database management and server-side security.
  • Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or any other NoSQL/SQL databases.
  • Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and mobile applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance and manage continuous integration pipelines.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.


Key Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of backend development experience with a focus on high-traffic applications.
  • Strong proficiency with one or more of the following technologies: Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), Go, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and real-time technologies (WebSockets).
  • Understanding of modern security principles and best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, data encryption).
  • Experience with API design (REST/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and monitoring frameworks (Jenkins, CircleCI, Prometheus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.


Nice-to-Haves :

  • Familiarity with serverless architecture and related services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
  • Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for seamless API integration.
  • Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Pytest.
