Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and recommend actionable insights.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies to align with legal and organizational requirements.- Educate employees about policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for employees.- Maintain training records and ensure timely completion of mandated courses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
