Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to drive business decision-making.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and budgeting reports.
    • Work on strategic accounting financial analysis to improve financial processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
    • Analyse operational costs and financial performance to recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support management with investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry regulations.
  • Manages PMO-finance as a controller to monitor and report budget vs. actual vs forecast for respective FY on monthly or weekly basis as per desired governance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Accounting
  • Must have strong knowledge in Strategic Financial Analysis and Decision Support
  • Must have strong knowledge in Advanced Financial Modeling & Tools(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
  • Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools preferred
