Roles : Test Manager/ Senior Test Manager/ Senior Solution Architect Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript). Design and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback. Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure timely resolution. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers. Track and report key test metrics to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest Playwright features and testing best practices. Contribute to the development of testing methodologies and standards. Ensure availability and quality of test data and environments. Develop and maintain Playwright-based automation for banking, trading, or financial reporting platforms. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS) through robust test coverage. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to validate test scenarios. Automate UI and API tests for high-volume transaction systems. Monitor test performance and reliability in secure environments. Build and maintain Playwright automation for EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, and healthcare apps. Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy in test scenarios. Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to validate workflows. Automate tests for interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Support testing of mobile and web platforms used by patients and providers. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in test automation, with 2+ years in a lead role. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience with Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and API testing tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
