Requirement:- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on customization, integrations, and automation.- Proven experience working with AgentForce or similar field service management solutions is highly desirable.- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce data model design, workflows, process builder, and flows.- Hands-on experience with integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware platforms.- Familiarity with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permissions.- Experience with version control tools such as Git.- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).- Experience in customizing Salesforce for logistics, field operations, or workforce management.- Exposure to Salesforce DX, automated testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
