Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and optimization of company websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Coordinate with development teams to implement website features, enhancements, and updates, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and content to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience, leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of website performance metrics related to SEO, user experience, conversion rates, and customer journey, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations using MS Excel and PowerPoint to communicate project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development, digital marketing, and user experience optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, website development, or digital marketing, with a focus on website optimization and performance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance metrics and user behavior.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, strategies, and tools for optimizing website content and structure.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
