Test Management:
Operational services:
Managing Test Management activities for any test phases required within a project/upgrade/update or fix release.
This includes:
Stakeholder communication and coordination
Providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management
Ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management
Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
Management of testers (to enable them to create/deliver test cases in the designated tool)
Tracking of test progress for test preparation and execution
Use the designated Test Management tool for the creation of Test plan/packages and assignment of test cases
Defect Handling
Continuous Improvement
Test Management Support to other test managers
Test Plan/Package Creation
Test Case assignment (Business Partner groups for Testers and Resolvers)
SharePoint Updates (web pages, folders, documentation)
Reporting for test and defect status (Power BI)
Hand over defects to the incident management tool
Monitor request via test management portal
Monitor/Manage shared email inbox
Strategic Testing Concept (State of the Art in Testing Solutions):
SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, Test Automation, Rise with SAP, Change Impact analysis, Major Project strategy, SAP BTP, Reporting & Analytics, AI in Testing, Signavio integration.
Deliverables:
·Test Strategy
·Enablement package for each test phase
·Regional Knowledge Transfer session
·Test Plan
·Test and test defect reporting
·Test tool training for stakeholders (Test Designers/Testers and Resolvers)
