Job Description: Brand Strategist
Location: Hegde Nagar, Bangalore
Position Summary:
SKEPPER is looking for a visionary Brand Strategist to drive the development and implementation of impactful branding initiatives. This role is pivotal in defining and crafting strategies that position our clients as market leaders. As a Brand Strategist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, shape brand identities, and deliver strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development:
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling to define brand positioning and messaging strategies.
• Develop comprehensive brand strategies, including mission, vision, values, and tone of voice, that align with client goals and market demands.
2. Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Present strategic recommendations and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
3. Insight Generation:
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities for brands.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
4. Brand Identity Development:
• Partner with creative teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and visual identity.
• Guide the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
5. Campaign Planning:
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create and execute integrated campaigns that align with the brand strategy.
• Monitor and measure campaign performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
6. Thought Leadership:
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in branding and marketing.
• Share insights and thought leadership within the organization and with clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies for diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of brand development processes, market research, and consumer insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
