Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership: Take complete responsibility for defining, developing, and refining brand identities, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and meet market demands.
Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and messaging frameworks that align with the agency’s creative vision and client goals.
Content Strategy: Craft and implement cohesive content strategies across all channels, ensuring every platform—social media, website, print, and more—delivers a unified brand positioning and message.
Campaign Management: Lead the ideation, planning, execution, and monitoring of all campaigns, taking full accountability for their success and impact. Ensure every detail aligns with the overarching brand strategy.
Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to bring strategies to life, from ideation to execution, ensuring all outputs reflect the brand’s core values and strategic direction.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign and brand performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize results, and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Client Partnering: Act as the main point of contact for clients, confidently presenting strategies, guiding campaigns, and ensuring the brand vision is effectively communicated and executed.
Qualifications Proven track record as a Brand Strategist, with experience managing multiple brands, preferably in a creative agency environment.
Strong expertise in branding, content strategy, and campaign execution, with a focus on driving results.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage client relationships.
A mix of creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to transform ideas into impactful strategies.
In-depth knowledge of branding tools, content planning platforms, and market research techniques.
Ability to manage high workloads and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
