Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff position located in Bathinda. The Sales Staff will be responsible for daily sales activities, engaging with potential and existing customers, and promoting the bank's products and services. The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Bank Products and Financial Services
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Target-oriented and Ability to Meet Sales Goals
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the banking sector is an advantage
