Role Overview:

The role involves supporting and managing the end-to-end admission operations, including document verification, application tracking, and record maintenance. It requires coordination with students, partners, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely completion of admission processes. The position also includes preparing admission reports, managing data across CRM/ERP platforms, and facilitating smooth student onboarding. The candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate records while adhering to institutional and regulatory norms, ensuring efficiency and transparency in admission workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the application processing workflow by verifying documents and maintaining candidate records.
  • Coordinating with students, partners, and stakeholders for addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely submission of documents.
  • Generating, updating, and maintaining daily admission reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Assisting in managing the admission tracking system and updating records in CRM, ERP, or other platforms.
  • Working with internal departments for ensuring smooth student onboarding.
  • Maintaining admission records while complying with data protection and institutional norms.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 2–3 years of experience in admission operations or related functions.
  • Basic knowledge of admission workflows and higher education processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, ERPs, LMS platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams.
