Job Description:
Design social media strategies and create social buzz
Manage, create and publish original plus high-quality content to maximize engagement
Administer the company's social media accounts and ensure that the content is up-to-date
Liaise with writers and designers to ensure the content is informative
Facilitate client-company communication as and when required
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive social media strategy
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media trends/practices
Identifying key audience growth opportunities and transform these in effective campaigns
Strategize, develop, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across social media
Tracking and keeping a dashboard of key financials that the team needs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensuring these are kept up to date by you
Leverage data analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies.
Maximize ROI through paid campaigns
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
​Manage, nurture and convert leads into client onboarding
Skills & Requirements:
Any bachelor's degree
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently
Proven abilities in transforming performance marketing for brands using digital platforms
4–6 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.
