Our mission is to simplify hiring by blending technology, data, and human expertise.Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, handle invoicing, ensure compliance, and support management with financial reporting.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tally and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books or Tally.- Record and manage vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries.- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor ledger reconciliation, and payment tracking.- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.2. Client Billing & Vendor Payments- Prepare client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones.- Maintain vendor payout sheets and ensure timely processing.- Follow up with clients and vendors for payment updates and confirmations.3. Compliance & Documentation- Maintain proper records for GST, TDS, and income tax.- Coordinate with CA firms for audits, filings, and compliance requirements.- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all financial records.4.
