Our mission is to simplify hiring by blending technology, data, and human expertise.Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, handle invoicing, ensure compliance, and support management with financial reporting.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tally and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books or Tally.Record and manage vendor invoices, client invoices, and expense entries.Perform bank reconciliation, vendor ledger reconciliation, and payment tracking.Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.2. Client Billing & Vendor PaymentsPrepare client invoices based on timesheets and project milestones.Maintain vendor payout sheets and ensure timely processing.Follow up with clients and vendors for payment updates and confirmations.3. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper records for GST, TDS, and income tax.Coordinate with CA firms for audits, filings, and compliance requirements.Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all financial records.4.
