Position: Estate/House Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Package - upto 15-18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth functioning of the estate and household operations.

Act as the primary point of contact between the family office, vendors, staff, and external stakeholders.

Coordinate appointments, schedules, events, and travel arrangements.

Supervise household staff, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Manage records, bills, inventories, and oversee all administrative documentation.

Support lifestyle management, including shopping, gifting, and hospitality for guests.

Remain responsive via phone, email, and digital tools for real-time coordination.

Oversee and enhance social media presence if required (tech- and social media–savvy is a must).

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in estate/family office management, hospitality, or luxury services.

Candidate must belong from Delhi or should have worked with HNIs in Delhi.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong digital literacy, including scheduling tools, Excel, and social media platforms.

High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

Well-groomed, presentable, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.

Willingness to travel locally as required.
