⭐ NPS & Retirement Analyst – OngoleBulls Invest Pvt LtdPosition: NPS & Retirement AnalystLocation: HyderabadExperience: 0–3 yearsDepartment: Corporate NPS & Retirement Solutions Role SummaryThe NPS & Retirement Analyst will support individual and corporate clients in understanding, planning, and optimizing their National Pension System (NPS) investments and retirement strategies.This role combines financial advisory, regulatory compliance, analytics, and client engagement, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in pension advisory.Key Responsibilities1. NPS Advisory & Analysis- Analyse NPS portfolios, asset allocation, and risk profiles- Suggest suitable schemes and allocation strategies based on guidelines- Prepare retirement benefit projections & tax optimisation plans- Support clients with Tier I & Tier II queries2. Corporate NPS Support- Assist in onboarding companies under Corporate NPS- Help conduct employee awareness sessions- Coordinate with PFRDA intermediaries, POPs, CRAs3. Operations & Compliance- Ensure adherence to PFRDA regulations- Maintain accurate records of client interactions- Support with KYC, documentation & account activation4. Research & Reporting- Track updates from PFRDA, CRAs, and pension funds- Summarize changes in regulations, scheme performance- Prepare dashboards, MIS, and internal reports- Monitor macro trends impacting retirement planning5. Client Interaction- Assist Relationship Managers with NPS client servicing- Handle account statements, contribution changes, switches- Resolve client queries via phone, email & WhatsAppRequired Qualifications & CertificationsEducation- B.Com / BBA / MBA / PGDM in Finance- Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science preferred but not mandatoryCertifications (any ONE mandatory, more preferred):✔ NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1)✔ NISM-Series-X-B: Investment Adviser (Level 2)✔ NISM Retirement Adviser Module (if undertaken)✔ IRDAI-Life or Health License (optional advantage)These certifications align with PFRDA expectations and strengthen advisory credibility.
