Qualifications

University degree (bachelor/master/specialist: business, technical, mathematical or similar)Business experience in a relevant function is beneficialExperience in systems for the Management of Material Master Data Processes (Workflows, DQ KPIs, Mass Maintenance)Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodologyStrong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standardsUnderstanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)Understanding of modeling techniquesExcellent understanding of business complexity and interdependenciesUnderstanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirementsExperience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in EnglishExperience working in a global environment and with virtual teamsAbility to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes
