Location: Mangalore / BangaloreAbout the Program:Lara Tech Consulting is inviting 2025 BBA graduates to apply for our Business Value Analyst Internship Program: A structured learning and on-project experience designed to build business, analytical, and consulting skills.The program begins with focused classroom sessions in Bangalore, followed by hands-on project exposure and mentorship from experienced consultants.Successful interns will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role and work alongside teams supporting a large multinational consulting firm.What You'll Learn:- How core business processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operate in large enterprises- How to identify and communicate value opportunities within business processes- Documentation, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Visio and Lucidchart- Productivity enablement through Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, and other digital tools- Professional communication and stakeholder management in consulting environmentsWho We're Looking For:- Recent BBA graduates (2025)- Strong communication and presentation skills- Analytical mindset with attention to detail- Comfortable working with structured data and business processes- Interest or basic exposure to technology is a plusWhy Join?- Paid internship with strong learning outcomes- Top performers get placed in full-time roles.- Real exposure to large-scale transformation projects- Opportunity to work closely with consulting teams supporting a Big 4 environment- Hands-on experience in a growing business and analytics domain
