Location: Mangalore / BangaloreAbout the Program:Lara Tech Consulting is inviting 2025 BBA graduates to apply for our Business Value Analyst Internship Program: A structured learning and on-project experience designed to build business, analytical, and consulting skills.The program begins with focused classroom sessions in Bangalore, followed by hands-on project exposure and mentorship from experienced consultants.Successful interns will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role and work alongside teams supporting a large multinational consulting firm.What You'll Learn:How core business processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operate in large enterprisesHow to identify and communicate value opportunities within business processesDocumentation, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Visio and LucidchartProductivity enablement through Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, and other digital toolsProfessional communication and stakeholder management in consulting environmentsWho We're Looking For:Recent BBA graduates (2025) Strong communication and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailComfortable working with structured data and business processesInterest or basic exposure to technology is a plusWhy Join?Paid internship with strong learning outcomesTop performers get placed in full-time roles.Real exposure to large-scale transformation projectsOpportunity to work closely with consulting teams supporting a Big 4 environmentHands-on experience in a growing business and analytics domain
