Roles of Project Coordinator (6M – 1Y Experience)
  1. Project Support & Coordination

* Assist Project Manager in daily project activities and status tracking.

* Act as a bridge between developers, testers, and management.

* Help in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.

  1. Communication Management

* Coordinate between clients and technical teams.

* Ensure timely sharing of project updates, reports, and deliverables.

* Handle escalations at initial level before passing to PM.

  1. Documentation & Tracking

* Maintain project-related documents (requirements, change requests, test reports).

* Update project tracker tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

* Support in preparing progress reports, timelines, and dashboards.

Responsibilities in Mobile App Development (Manual Testing, MERN, Flutter)
  1. Requirement Understanding & Clarification

* Gather and document business/client requirements with PM.

* Clarify doubts of developers/testers regarding scope & functionalities.

  1. Task & Resource Coordination

* Track developer assignments (MERN/Flutter tasks).

* Coordinate manual testing schedules with QA team.

* Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.

  1. Testing & Quality Coordination

* Ensure test cases are prepared and executed (manual testing).

* Track bug reports and ensure developers resolve them timely.

* Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination with clients.

  1. Progress & Risk Monitoring

* Track daily/weekly project progress and report to PM.

* Identify risks (delays, dependency issues) and escalate.

* Maintain project milestone achievement records.

  1. Client & Internal Reporting

* Share project status updates with clients (if assigned).

* Prepare weekly/monthly project reports for management.
