Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives to design the solution
  • Develop solution design and perform gap analysis for critical business requirements not mapped on standard NetSuite
  • Prepare functional specifications for gaps that require customization for the technical team
  • Lead process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the solution to the client
  • Review User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and enable customer to perform UAT and resolve issues encountered
  • Review data migration strategy & templates and lead the entire activity of uploading the data in NetSuite
  • Ensure smooth and timely cut-over to NetSuite by mitigating the risks identified in Data Migration and earlier phases of implementation
  • Provide post go-live hyper care and regular support
  • Advise on other products of the company related to NetSuite (such as integration with other systems or customizations)
  • Actively support in discovery phase, preparing notes & effort estimates as well as development of SOW
  • Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Should have prior experience of full life-cycle (6 to 8) implementations focusing on Advanced Financials, Advanced Project Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Inventory Management and other key functional areas of NetSuite

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience with NetSuite, in implementation and business process consulting.
  • Conversant with all modules of NetSuite ERP.
  • Experience in change management, business process analysis, willingness to participate in pre-sales / business development activities, and the delivery of NetSuite implementation & Support projects.
  • Ability to translate customer business requirements into IT solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, and Information Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, Proactiveness and ‘Can-do’ attitude is must
