DepartmentsMaintaining & updating all statutory complianceSubmission of all statutory returnsSPOC for all Govt inspection and auditHR Legal Compliance Responsible for IR mattersEmployee RelationsEmployee Health & WellnessWorkforce Administration Employee Database ManagementEmployee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)Query Handling/ Grievance ResolutionContract Labor ManagementGeneral Administration Unit Upkeep and MaintenanceAMCs for all utilities.Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practicesMonthly MIS.QualificationsMBA or Post Graduation in related field
