We trade in all types of Metals, including Ferrous, Non Ferrous, Ferro Alloys, Base Metals & Minor Metals. We also manufacture TMT Bars, Structure Steels, Copper Tubes & Aluminium Alloys in India. MTC Group operates across 9 locations with 18 recycling yards and 5 Manufacturing Units in India and has International presence in USA, UK, Africa, Singapore & Dubai. MTC Group is handling around 2 million Metric tons of metals annually.

Attendance Management
Leave & Absenteeism Management
Payroll Management
Salary Processing
Wage Administration
Statutory Compliance
Liasoning with Govt. Departments
Maintaining & updating all statutory compliance
Submission of all statutory returns
SPOC for all Govt inspection and audit
HR Legal Compliance
Responsible for IR matters
Employee Relations
Employee Health & Wellness
Workforce Administration
Employee Database Management
Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire)
Query Handling/ Grievance Resolution
Contract Labor Management
General Administration
Unit Upkeep and Maintenance
AMCs for all utilities.
Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices
Monthly MIS.
Qualifications
MBA or Post Graduation in related field
