Our programs are crafted to empower children with 21st-century skills, leadership traits, and real-world exposure from an early age.Role OverviewWe are seeking passionate, punctual, and energetic individuals to join ourWorkshop Instructor Team-American Accent- Night Shift (US Time zone) . You will be responsible for conductingremote, instructor-led robotics workshopsfor students duringnighttime India shifts . You donotneed a technical or robotics background — training will be provided. However, anauthentic American accentismandatoryfor this role due to the demographic of students you’ll be interacting with.Key ResponsibilitiesHost engaging, interactiveremote robotics workshopsfor children aged 7–17Follow structured lesson plans and deliver hands-on learning via screen share and live demonstrationsEncourage student participation, curiosity, and collaborationProvide guidance, answer questions, and adapt to student needs on the flyAttend weekday meetings for feedback, training, or planning (paid separately)Be available and punctual for scheduled shifts (especially on weekends)RequirementsBachelor’s degree (any field)– mandatoryAmerican Accent– mandatory (applications without it will be disqualified)Excellent verbal communication skillsGood with children — patient, energetic, and engagingComfortable workingnight shifts , weekends, and remote environmentsOwn astable internet connection ,headset , and aquiet teaching environmentBonus QualificationsPriorteaching/tutoring experienceExperience working with children or in educational environmentsPrevious experience inedtech platformsoronline teachingFamiliarity with Zoom or online instruction toolsWhat You GetWork-from-home flexibilityTraining and support provided by our expert teamOpportunity to impact the lives of young learners globallyGrowth potential within a rapidly scaling edtech brandApplication NotePlease do not apply unless you have a clear American accent.
