Our programs are crafted to empower children with 21st-century skills, leadership traits, and real-world exposure from an early age.Role OverviewWe are seeking passionate, punctual, and energetic individuals to join our Workshop Instructor Team-American Accent- Night Shift (US Time zone). You will be responsible for conducting remote, instructor-led robotics workshops for students during nighttime India shifts. You do not need a technical or robotics background — training will be provided. However, an authentic American accent is mandatory for this role due to the demographic of students you’ll be interacting with.Key Responsibilities- Host engaging, interactive remote robotics workshops for children aged 7–17 - Follow structured lesson plans and deliver hands-on learning via screen share and live demonstrations - Encourage student participation, curiosity, and collaboration - Provide guidance, answer questions, and adapt to student needs on the fly - Attend weekday meetings for feedback, training, or planning (paid separately) - Be available and punctual for scheduled shifts (especially on weekends)Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (any field) – mandatory - American Accent – mandatory (applications without it will be disqualified) - Excellent verbal communication skills - Good with children — patient, energetic, and engaging - Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and remote environments - Own a stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet teaching environmentBonus Qualifications- Prior teaching/tutoring experience - Experience working with children or in educational environments - Previous experience in edtech platforms or online teaching - Familiarity with Zoom or online instruction toolsWhat You Get- Work-from-home flexibility - Training and support provided by our expert team - Opportunity to impact the lives of young learners globally - Growth potential within a rapidly scaling edtech brandApplication NotePlease do not apply unless you have a clear American accent.
