Role Summary:


 Identification and selection of Architects and Design Consultants for the upcoming projects.

 Coordinate with various Design Consultants such as Interior Designers, Façade Consultants, Traffic Consultants, Lighting Consultants, and Building Interface Management etc. wherever required for the project work and appraise management team.

 Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) and derive the Macro and Micro project schedules using appropriate software’s and get it approved.

 Conduct project progress review meetings periodically to monitor and review the status of the project and highlight the action plan as required.

 Interact with Statutory Liaisoning team for statutory approvals required to start the permanent works of the project

 Coordinate and initiate the Preliminary works which includes Soil Investigation, Site Survey with Contours, MEP Studies, Site Clearances, Boreholes, Fencing etc. required to start the permanent project works.

 In-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on Project Scheduling & Tracking and Delay Analysis.

 Preparing Budget & Cash Flow Statements and tracking the Achievement status weekly basis.

 Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely completion of projects.

 Preparation of MIS reports including DPR, WPR, MPR for Site office & Head Office Management.

 Shall coordinate with Sales, CRM, project teams and prepare a project completion plan referring to the budgeted parameters along with the variance analysis.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Should be a Qualified Engineer with B.Tech / BE (Any specialization)

Experience:

  • 10 – 15 Years of experience in similar works of project planning of a construction project out of which at least 3-5 years shall be in the lead role for project planning of residential projects.
