Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our people
strategy.
Drive culture initiatives end to end from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across team by conceptualizing and
implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
Execute Rewards & Recognition programs for the organization.
Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
Work with the business teams to ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate
success and, recognize and appreciate the employees.
Experience and Execution Essentials:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR/related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of demonstrated success in similar roles.
Demonstrated experience with Employee Engagement platforms and Basic understanding of a HRMS.
A people’s person; Passionate about building strong relationships with employees
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
