Location: Bangalore Company: Tacten.co Skills: Business Analysis, Digital Health-FHIR, ERPNext Functional, Javascript, My SQL, Project Management, Python Employment Type: FULL-TIME Experience: 2-7yrs About the Role We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Healthcare Business Analyst / Implementation Expert to lead end-to-end ERP implementations in healthcare facilities. This role involves business requirements gathering, healthcare workflow analysis, solution design, ERPNext configuration, and user training, ensuring successful digital transformation for hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare groups. Key Responsibilities: A. Business Analysis & Solution Design Engage with stakeholders (clinical, administrative, finance) to gather and analyze healthcare business requirements Map healthcare workflows (OPD, IPD, Labs, Pharmacy, EMR, Billing, Insurance, etc.) to ERPNext modules Prepare functional requirement documents, process flow charts, and gap analyses Recommend best-practice solutions aligned with healthcare standards and ERPNext capabilities B. ERPNext Implementation Configure and customize ERPNext Healthcare, HR, Accounting, and Inventory modules Support data migration (patients, doctors, items, pricing, charts of accounts, etc.) Coordinate with technical development teams for custom apps, scripts, and integrations Conduct system testing, UAT, and Go-Live activities Monitor system adoption and lead process optimization post-go-live C. Training & Support Provide functional training to medical, administrative, and financial users Create user manuals and SOPs Offer troubleshooting support and coordinate resolution with internal or external ERPNext teams D. Project Management Manage implementation timelines, scope, and resources Lead project meetings and provide project status updates Ensure project delivery meets quality and compliance standards Required Skills & Experience Proven experience implementing ERPNext in a healthcare environment Strong functional knowledge of: Patient management & EMR Inpatient & outpatient workflows Lab & pharmacy management Healthcare billing & insurance workflows Inventory, procurement, HR, and finance processes Hands-on experience configuring Doc Types, Workflows, Reports, and Print Formats Understanding of healthcare compliance, patient confidentiality & data privacy Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications ERPNext Functional Certification or ERPNext consulting experience Experience with Healthcare Information Systems (HIS/HMS) SQL, Python, or ERPNext scripting knowledge is a plus Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, PACS, DICOM, or healthcare integrations Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills Ability to translate clinical and administrative needs into system features Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
