This role involves business requirements gathering, healthcare workflow analysis, solution design, ERPNext configuration, and user training, ensuring successful digital transformation for hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare groups.Key Responsibilities:A. Business Analysis & Solution DesignEngage with stakeholders (clinical, administrative, finance) to gather and analyze healthcare business requirementsMap healthcare workflows (OPD, IPD, Labs, Pharmacy, EMR, Billing, Insurance, etc.) to ERPNext modulesPrepare functional requirement documents, process flow charts, and gap analysesRecommend best-practice solutions aligned with healthcare standards and ERPNext capabilitiesB. ERPNext ImplementationConfigure and customize ERPNext Healthcare, HR, Accounting, and Inventory modulesSupport data migration (patients, doctors, items, pricing, charts of accounts, etc.)Coordinate with technical development teams for custom apps, scripts, and integrationsConduct system testing, UAT, and Go-Live activitiesMonitor system adoption and lead process optimization post-go-liveC. Training & SupportProvide functional training to medical, administrative, and financial usersCreate user manuals and SOPsOffer troubleshooting support and coordinate resolution with internal or external ERPNext teamsD. Project ManagementManage implementation timelines, scope, and resourcesLead project meetings and provide project status updatesEnsure project delivery meets quality and compliance standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience implementing ERPNext in a healthcare environmentStrong functional knowledge of:Patient management & EMRInpatient & outpatient workflowsLab & pharmacy managementHealthcare billing & insurance workflowsInventory, procurement, HR, and finance processesHands-on experience configuring DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, and Print FormatsUnderstanding of healthcare compliance, patient confidentiality & data privacyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsERPNext Functional Certification or ERPNext consulting experienceExperience with Healthcare Information Systems (HIS/HMS)SQL, Python, or ERPNext scripting knowledge is a plusFamiliarity with HL7, FHIR, PACS, DICOM, or healthcare integrationsSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and presentation skillsAbility to translate clinical and administrative needs into system featuresProactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
