You should apply if you have:

  • A master’s design degree from a Tier-1 Design institution or equivalent professional experience in the relevant design discipline.
  • 4-8 years of experience in employee-centric roles, such as engagement or business partnering,

preferably in a start-up environment.

  • Strong creative vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within allocated resources.
  • Hunger to constantly learn and seek ways to improve yourself and the processes around you.
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels.


You should not apply if you:

  • Lack of experience in managing a team of designers, photographers, videographers, motion designers, and video production agencies.
  • Are not proficient in mandatory design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimensions).


Skills Required:

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dimensions (mandatory).
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Lightroom, Corel Draw, InDesign, Sketchapp, and Adobe XD (optional but a plus).
  • Expertise in illustrations, banner design, infographics, emailers, booklet, logo, and icon design.
  • Product packaging design experience.
  • Strong brand and social media marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.


What will you do?

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of designers and various teams across the organization to establish a strategic visual framework.
  • Develop and drive the visual communication strategy for our medium- and long-term goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in visual communication and innovate accordingly.
  • Translate ideas and briefs to the creative team of designers.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand personality across platforms.
  • Enhance existing brand identity guidelines and build new ones for future brands.
  • Design and manage the social media timeline for improved aesthetics and brand appeal.
  • Mentor designers for product design, graphics, mockups, and labels of white-label products.
  • Assist motion graphic designers with storyboarding, ideation, and review cycles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional banners, advertisements, and other brand marketing materials.
  • Ideate static and motion illustrations for web UI, app icons, and promotional material.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work.


Work Experience: 4-8 years


Working days: Monday - Friday


Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
