Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Operator to support and manage day-to-day fleet operations. This role involves coordinating with drivers, logistics teams, and GPS monitoring units to ensure smooth transportation and timely vehicle movement. You will also be responsible for overseeing the utilization of vehicles, assisting in performance tracking, and contributing to the overall efficiency of fleet operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and transportation management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in monitoring and coordinating daily fleet activities
  • Assist in tracking vehicle turnaround time and utilization
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to ensure timely delivery and placement of vehicles
  • Provide regular updates and reports to managers on fleet performance
  • Work with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime

Skills Required

Qualifications
