As a Senior Product Owner specializing in embedded systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product features, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality embedded solutions. Your deep understanding of embedded domains and your ability to translate market and customer needs into actionable product plans will be critical to our success.
At L4B Software you will:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our embedded solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the embedded systems industry.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure alignment between product development and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with the development team to track progress and address any issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product development projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware and software components .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
  • Experience in the automotive, industrial automation, Medical Devices or similar embedded domains is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to embedded systems.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Requirements

Strong understanding and interest in embedded software solutions and their application across various industries.
