3-5 years of Business System Analyst experience in IT. College graduate degree from reputed organization Good communication skills. Team Player. Strong Analytical , Mathematical and logical capabilities Exposure to Customer Communication and Management

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

Business System Analyst with 3-5 years total exp to perform the following : Elicitation, Requirements Analysis and Documentation , Gap Analysis & Functional Specification Document Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis , resolution , reporting and escalation as required Work closely with virtual teams (Business Users , Development , QA and Project Managers) to ensure timely delivery of tasks /projects Participating and sharing Functional knowledge with rest of the team. Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively Should be willing to provide on call support as and when required Occasional weekend and / or off-hour work in support of project implementations May be responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff. Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results
