Role Overview:

Seeking an accomplished Senior AI Developer / Team Lead with 4 to 5 years of hands-on AI

development experience in enterprise settings. The ideal candidate must have led at least one full cycle of AI product development and possess up-to-date expertise in state-of-the-art AI frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end AI product development, from ideation and design through deployment and continuous

improvement.

• Architect, develop, and integrate robust AI/ML models into enterprise systems, ensuring scalability,

performance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous

learning.

• Evaluate, select, and advocate for best-in-class AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes.

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and proactively introduce relevant innovations into products and workflows.

• Ensure project milestone delivery, quality standards, and successful integration with ITSS and client

infrastructures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 4 to 5 years' experience in enterprise-grade AI/ML development, preferably in the fintech or banking sector.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering at least one full cycle of an AI-powered product from ideation to

production rollout.

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow,

PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI product deployment.

• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, integration methodologies, and ML operations in enterprise systems.

• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in deploying AI in banking, digital payments, or core financial systems.

• Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, and/or advanced analytics.

• Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps or MLOps practices.
